Please note that we do have an $20,000 minimum for our full design services for all weddings in 2022. Please inquire within for any questions regarding budgets.

Location & Hours
We are located in the brand new Billy Penn Studios complex.
Free parking is available in the main parking lot in front of building.
Walk into the stunning main entry lobby where you are welcomed with their public café'.
All meetings in-persons will be greeted by an Xtraordinary Events team member to guide you to our luxury suite 320.
Tuesday - Friday
9am - 6pm
We are currently assisting clients on weekends onsite for set-ups and design productions as weekend appointments are very limited.
