At Xtraordinary Events, we strive to create unforgettable experiences for all our clients. While our full design services for weddings in 2024 and 2025 typically require a minimum budget of $10,000, we welcome all events regardless of budget. Whether you're dreaming of an intimate affair or a grand celebration, we're here to make it truly Xtraordinary.

Location & Hours
We are located in the innovative Billy Penn Studios complex.
Free parking is available along the front & sides of the building.
Step into the stunning main entry lobby area, where you are welcomed with their public Bean2Bean Café'
All meetings in-persons will be greeted by an Xtraordinary Events team member to guide you to our interactive design showroom. Suite 320.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
We are currently assisting clients on weekends onsite for set-ups and design productions as weekend appointments are very limited.
